Questions on the subject of Constitutional Law and Jurisprudence will contain 50 marks each. Apart from that the rest of the paper may contain questions related to different topics such as, International Law, Criminal Law etc.
Constitution Law – There are various aspects of this subject, and candidates will be primarily asked to answer the question they studied in graduation. Such as the rules, doctrine, practices that govern the functioning of modern state and other political institutions.
Jurisprudence – Similarly here also candidates will be asked to answer the graduate level question. This subject is classified into three branches – theoretical, analytical and sociological.
The Tort Law – This aspect of law covers cases related to harm resulting in legal liability for the person responsible for the tortuous activity.
Contract – This covers the area of law related legal documentation, mutual agreement either with connect or enforced by the law.
Criminal Law/Penal Law – Laws and regulations covering the Social code of conduct, the antisocial activity which may possess a threat to harmony, safety, health and moral welfare of the citizens.
International Law – Section of law that covers International legal guidelines, contracts that govern the relationship between states.

CLAT 2019 RESULT -
The date for the result is set by NLUP Cuttack tentatively on May 31, 2019. You will be able to check your result online and if crack the exam then you will be called for the further process of counselling and admission.
