Institute of Cost and Management Accountant of India (ICMAI) Conducts Examination of CMA Foundation Twice in a Year i.e. June and December every year. Eligibility Criteria for Enrolment in CMA Foundation Programme:
  1. A candidate should have passed Class 10 or equivalent from a recognized Board or Institution.
  2. Passed Senior Secondary Examination under 10+2 scheme of a recognized Board or an Examination recognized by the Central Government as equivalent thereto or has passed National Diploma in Commerce Examination held by the All India Council for Technical Education or any State Board of Technical Education under the authority of the said All India Council, or the Diploma in Rural Service Examination conducted by the National Council of Higher Education. AILET ADMISSION ANNOUNCEMENT : 2019-2020

AILET (All India Law Entrance Test) is a university-Level Law Entrance exam conducted by National Law University, Delhi for admission to B.A. LL.B (Hons.), LL.M and Ph.D. Programmes Every Year. This year, AILET 2019 is scheduled for May 05, 2019.

All India Law Enterence Exam is law level university exam . That exam conducted by National Law University in Delhi . This exam conduct for admission BA LLB(Honos.)LL.M and Ph.D. programs.

Eligibility Criteria for filling the Application Form:

For B.A.LL.B. (Hons.)- Five-Year Programme Senior Secondary School Examination (10+2 System) or Equivalent Examination with 50% marks. The candidates appearing in 12th standard examination in March/April and 2019 candidates are also apply. Total Seats: 80 [70 Seats on merit through All India Law Entrance Test (AILET) and 10 Seats for direct admission to Foreign Nationals on merit  (5  seats for Foreign  Nationals  & 5 seats for OCI/PIO)].   Foreign Nationals are exempted from AILET. Foreign Nationals to be eligible should have obtained 65% marks in the qualifying examination. Reservation: 15% for SC candidates, 7.5% for ST candidates and 5% for Persons with Disabilities.

Note: One additional supernumerary seat for kashmiri migrants. Two additional supernumerary seats for Residents of Jammu & Kashmir.

For LL.M.-One-Year Programme

Eligibility:  LL.B.  or  an  Equivalent  Law  Degree  with  55%  marks  (50%  in  case  of  SC/ST/  Persons  with  Disabilities).  The candidates appearing in final year LL.B. Examination in April/May, 2019 can also apply. Total Seats: 80 [70 Seats on merit through All India Law Entrance Test (AILET) and 10 Seats for direct admission to Foreign. Nationals on merit (5 seats for Foreign Nationals & 5 seats for OCI/PIO)].  Foreign Nationals are exempted from AILET (No. of seats may vary).

CLAT LLM 2019 SYLLABUS -

Questions on the subject of Constitutional Law and Jurisprudence will contain 50 marks each. Apart from that the rest of the paper may contain questions related to different topics such as, International Law, Criminal Law etc. Constitution Law - There are various aspects of this subject, and candidates will be primarily asked to answer the question they studied in graduation. Such as the rules, doctrine, practices that govern the functioning of modern state and other political institutions. Jurisprudence - Similarly here also candidates will be asked to answer the graduate level question. This subject is classified into three branches - theoretical, analytical and sociological. The Tort Law - This aspect of law covers cases related to harm resulting in legal liability for the person responsible for the tortuous activity. Contract - This covers the area of law related legal documentation, mutual agreement either with connect or enforced by the law. Criminal Law/Penal Law - Laws and regulations covering the Social code of conduct, the antisocial activity which may possess a threat to harmony, safety, health and moral welfare of the citizens. International Law - Section of law that covers International legal guidelines, contracts that govern the relationship between states.

  1.   A) For General Intelligence -
The question will be of both verbal & non-verbal type. Paper will include questions from Trends, Figural Analogy, Space Orientation, Semantic Classification, Semantic Analogy, Symbolic operations, Emotional Intelligence, Word Building, Social Intelligence, Venn Diagrams, Symbolic/Number Classification, Punched hole/pattern-folding & unfolding , Semantic Series, Figural Pattern–folding and completion, Number Series, Embedded figures, Coding and decoding, Other sub-topics, if any Numerical operations, Figural Series, Critical Thinking, Problem Solving.
  1.       B) For General Awareness -
             This test will test the knowledge of the candidate towards the environment around. The question paper will contain questions of current events, on India and its neighboring countries mainly on Culture, Geography, History, Economic Science, Scientific Research and General Policy.
  1.      C) Quantitative Aptitude -
 Mensuration: Triangle, Hemispheres, Rectangular Parallelepiped, Quadrilaterals, Regular Polygons, Circle,     Right Prism, Right Circular Cone, Right Circular Cylinder, Sphere, Regular Right Pyramid with triangular or square Base.            Statistical Charts: Use of Tables and Graphs:  Frequency polygon, Histogram, Bar- diagram, Pie-chart                Trigonometry: Trigonometry, Complementary angles, Trigonometric ratios, Height and distances (simple problems only) Standard Identities.                                Algebra: Basic algebraic identities of School Algebra and Elementary surds (simple problems) and Graphs of Linear Equations.           Number Systems: Computation of the Whole Number, Decimal & Fractions, Time and distance, Time and work, Relationship between numbers            Fundamental arithmetical operations: Percentages, Ratio and Proportion, Square roots, Averages, Interest (Simple and Compound), Profit and Loss, Discount, Partnership Business, Mixture and Alligation.            Geometry: Familiarity with elementary geometric figures and facts: Triangle and its various kinds of centres, Congruence and similarity of triangles, Circle and its chords, tangents, common tangents to two or more circles, angles subtended by chords of a circle.
